The Real Housewives of New York Season 12 cast photo and trailer finally dropped today and I’m happy with what I see whether we’re talking about the metallic themed dresses in the pic or the drama that comes along with them. And based preview of the season, I’m even more excited about the addition of Leah McSweeney who looks like a bit of a bad ass who comes with great style in tow. And if you aren’t yet sure if she’s going to be a good fit as a Housewife, the label on her silver gown is going to prove you wrong before the show even airs because based on the amount of them that have worn their clothes it could quite literally be known as Housewives material.

TBH I’ve been in a total slump finding items over the past week or so (we can thank Big Blonde God that Faryn and Jessica still have the touch or you’d have very little to read)! You think it just happens to athletes,  but it happens over here too. Maybe it’s because some shows are harder for me than others and Insta is slow in Jan and Feb, but I need to get out of the slump. And thanks to Nene Leakes’ metallic striped dress on the Bravo TV after show I got a little boost in the form of, well, Balmain.

Well it’s official everyone…Clare Crawley has been announced as the new Bachelorette! And while she may be a controversial choice (I for one don’t mind having a non-23 year old Instagram influencer as the lead to make me feel younger obvs) based on the super chic silver dress she wore during the GMA announcement this morning (by a brand beloved by the RHOBH ladies) her style so far is anything but. So needless to say, we‘ll definitely be tuning in and are very much looking forward to having some of this future Real Housewife’s Bachelorette’s lewks crawl their way into our closets.

Gahhhhh I LOVED Tanya Sam’s silver metallic gown and pleated headband at last night’s Grecian goddess party on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. The silver gown and crystal embellished headband both shimmered and sparkled on camera, and I definitely thought it was the look of an evening filled with glam. I am normally not entirely into the whole padded headband style, but hers had me scrambling to find the exact match to set atop my Big Blonde Hair like a crown.

Tanya’s look would have been the most dramatic aspect of the night had Nene Leakes’ not stormed off to go number 3 (I assume anyways, according to Porsha Williams’ explanation of the bathroom numbers as applicable to this situation). If I was Tanya I most likely would have been the most pi*sed of all, because my night in this dazzling dress was unnecessarily cut short.

On tonight’s Real Housewives of Atlanta season 12 finale, Porsha Williams’ shimmers and shines in this silver sequin gown at Kandi Burruss’ “A Star is Born” baby shower. And while she feels some type of way about Kenya Moore lying about her involvement is Shamea’s baby delivery process, I don’t think it can even compare to the feelings that we have about this gown not being available for our next baby shower black tie event in 2025 when we can finally leave our houses.

Season 10 Episode 6 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Fashion

I immediately recognized Garcelle Beauvais’ silver sequin jacket from her girl’s night on tonight’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills previews because I own it, which really isn’t shocking considering the amount of sequin blazers I own. You’d think I live in Vegas rather than visiting once a year based on my closet alone.

This particular blazer brings back so many memories for me as I wore it on a trip to Mexico last year with two friends and I partied til 5am in it, proving to myself once and for all that I could hang with the cast of RHONY am not entirely old and lame. So while mine isn’t up for grabs, maybe Garcelle will lend you hers being the “girls girl” that she is.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 Episode 8 Decor

Kyle Richards’ brown leather pouf (and the identical white pouf) lined her low, rustic table at the annual family BBQ. Contrary to previous years, this BBQ was fairly casual (BH casual), but only if you consider catered non-BBQ food, guests in Chanel and a plated table casual. For most of us, Kyle’s BBQ would be considered less BBQ and more of a dinner party experience.

While Kyle throws this party (at varying levels of casual) every season, there usually is more emphasis on family, as in, Kyle’s family actually attends. Nonetheless, most of the ladies brought their families, except one. I don’t think anyone really expected Denise Richards’ to bring her kids after all the drama (shhh…threesome). But our favorite Beverly Hills ladies never miss a chance to feign shock and awe, especially if it revolves around a trending topic. And let’s be real, this will be the season of the threesome—or will it? The ladies better save some shock and awe, things are just getting started.

One question still remains unanswered, what happens to all the poufs when the party is over? Mo poufs mo problems, I guess.

Queen of costume Erika Jayne Girardi has turned herself into a real life doll for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 Reunion and I can’t tell if I’m frightened or jealous. Don’t get me wrong, Erika always looks hot, but in this photo she literally looks like she has stolen the eyes of a doll and replaced her own. I can’t wait to see the whole thing in action and if she can still blink.

And while I don’t normally advocate chopping off one’s gorgeous hair this sleek bob works for this look. Plus it’s safer if Aaron anyone shows up and decides he they want to start pulling hair.

After seeing Erika on tour I decided if I could look like any Real Housewife I think I would pick her (#2 Dorit #3 Leah…in case you wondered). And since that’s probably not entirely possible, I’ll start with stealing her summer sequin style, which I will also wear in my living room on a zoom call.

Kyle Richards’ Silver Hammered Table in the Tent

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 Episode 9 Decor

Kyle Richards sure does know how to throw a bbq. Her backyard transformed into a casual(ish) Beverly Hills chic bohemian(ish) paradise. And how about that tent?! I loved it almost as much as I loved the table setting outside. The canvas tent was adorned with floor pillows, throws, a silver hammered table, fairy lights and yes, even a striper pole. Ok, it actually wasn’t a striper pole, it was meant to keep the tent erected, but, we all had to know this group would turn it into a dance prop. It was only a matter of time (and drinks).

Kyle’s metal coffee table in the tent is purposely hammered for a rich textured look and feel. It also doubles as functional storage for throws, pillows, or any items you want to keep out of sight or hidden. At only 16″ high, the table is on the lower end of coffee table heights but still offers a very versatile use.

Now that I think of it, I am surprised it didn’t turn into a dance floor of sorts for Lisa Rinna. She loves her tables! I can’t promise its sturdy enough to be a platform to stand on (and I wouldn’t suggest trying it) but I’m not sure that has ever stopped our dancing queen before. Between quick dramatic exits and Kyle ending the night with doing the splits, this party was basically on point.

I love a Garcelle Beauvais’ sequin moment. Her silver sequin maxi dress totally lived up to my expectations. We know Garcelle loves a duster, I love this particular piece because it triples as a dress, duster, and top! Though upon first sight we though it was a maxi dress, Garcelle seems to be rocking as a top with it with a whole silver metallic get up. She reminds me of a modern day, super chic, tin woman like from the Wizard of Oz. And let me tell you, we are here for it and love it with all of our heart.
